This is a recording offered to instructors who attended our professional development session. In the past, Pilates instructors have been taught to avoid strengthening the front of the hip, to stretch at the start of every session and to use 'table-top' as a home base for conditioning…. but the world has moved on and so should we. In this session we share our method to help your clients to get through more work and support their posture and wellbeing. Working this way also takes advantage of the system links within the original work and often leads to rapid improvement and comfort when completing fundamental and elite level exercise conditioning.
